Returns and Exchanges

 

Can I return/exchange merchandise I purchase online at one of your store locations?

Yes, simply bring the invoice and credit card used when you placed the order to a sale's associate at any one of our stores. The sales associate will provide you with a written receipt. Credits resulting from exchange or return will be processed within 2-3 business days, and will be reflected on you next credit card statement.

 

This only applys to items purchased online, Our in store purchases are exchange only.

 

Why can I return an item that I purchase online, and not an item I purchase in store?

 Our in-store policy is different from our online return/exchange policies. The reason for this is when an item is purchased in-store you are able to see, feel, fit, try on, ect the items you are purchasing.  However, when purchasing an item online we understand that there maybe fit issues, color differences, or factors that may force you to have to return the item.

 

Instore Return/Exchange policy is Exchanges only with 14 days of purchase of new and unused item with all tags attached.

 

Online Return/Exchange policy is Returns and or Exchanges are accepted with 14 days of purchase of new and unsued item with all tags attached in original packaging.

 

 

What is the Return policy for Online orders?

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for a credit refund. (see below for details)

 

Returns and Exchanges on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail or in-store with the original invoice within 14 business days of receipt of purchase.

 

Returns or Exchanges on SALE merchandise are not accepted. All sale items are final sale.
