1. Can I return/exchange merchandise I purchase online at one of your store locations?


Yes, simply bring the invoice and credit card used when you placed the order to a sale's associate at any one of our stores. The sales associate will provide you with a written receipt. Credits resulting from exchange or return will be processed within 2-3 business days, and will be reflected on you next credit card statement.


This only applys to items purchased online, Our in store purchases are exchange only.


2. Why can I return an item that I purchase online, and not an item I purchase in store?


Our in-store policy is different from our online return/exchange policies. The reason for this is when an item is purchased in-store you are able to see, feel, fit, try on, ect the items you are purchasing.  However, when purchasing an item online we understand that there maybe fit issues, color differences, or factors that may force you to have to return the item.


Instore Return/Exchange policy is Exchanges only with 14 days of purchase of new and unused item with all tags attached.


Online Return/Exchange policy is Returns and or Exchanges are accepted with 14 days of purchase of new and unsued item with all tags attached in original packaging.


3. Can I use a Gift Cards to purchase online?


Currently Gift Cards purchased in-store at LaMod brick and mortar stores can not be used for online purchases at this time.


Gift certificates purchased online can be used for online purchases only.


4. Do you ship to multiple address?


Currently we do not ship to multiple addresses, if you would like items to go to different addresses check them out as different transactions.


5. How can I check the status of an order?


If you are interested in finding out the status of your order or want to track your shipment, please go to our home page www.lamodusa.com and click on 'My Account' in the upper right corner of the screen. Enter your account information to view your Order History.


6. How can I place an order?


  • Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking "add to cart"
  • Select "Proceed to check out" when ready to place your order
  • Follow all instructions as you proceed through the steps, Select whether you would like to check out as a guest or create an account (it is recommended to create an account so you can check status of your orders)
  • Follow instructions for shipping and billing addresses.
  • You will then receive an email confirming that your order has been placed.
  • Once the order is shipped a secondary email will be sent to you including the tracking number of your order.

 If an item is out of stock or discontinued, you will receive an additional email letting you know the items you have ordered are currently unavailable. 

All orders are processed the next business day, if there is a problem with your order or more information is needed, you will be contacted within 1-2 business days. Once you have been contacted, LaMod reserves the right to cancel the order after ten (10) business days if no response is received.


7. How can I register with lamodusa.com 

Very Simple! click on My Account on the top right hand corner and register your new account.


8. What if i forget my password?

If you forgot your password, no problem we can help you! click on forgot your password and follow the appropriate steps.


9. What is the Return policy for Online orders?

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for a credit refund. (see below for details)


Returns and Exchanges on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail or in-store with the original invoice within 14 business days of receipt of purchase.


Returns or Exchanges on SALE merchandise are not accepted. All sale items are final sale.

 We currently only ship within the United States. All packages are shipped via UPS and we offer the following shipping options:





11. Methods of Payments accepted:

We accept VISA, MaterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

12. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Florida. State laws require that we charge a sales tax on full amount of the order.  Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

FL 6.00% Add 1% for Miami Dade County Zip codes

13. When will my ordered be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on week days after 12pm EST, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

14. How will my order be Shipped?

LaMod offers 4 types of shipping options for shipments within the United States.  At this time we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes, APO address, or US territories.

All of our packages are shipped using UPS.  Please allow 1-2 Days for processing.
